The C-BRTA’s mandate is to champion and facilitate the movement of passengers and goods between South Africa and neighbouring countries. The Agency regulates the cross-border road transport industry to ensure better trade between South Africa and our neighbouring countries. It serves a critical authority that advises the Department of Transport on pertinent issues concerning the cross-border road transport industry.
Cross-Border Road Transport Agency is hiring Law Enforcement Admin in Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be expected to perfom:
Administrative outputs within given parameters such as:
- Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s operational plan.
- Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s budget plan.
- Coordinate, compile and monitor the business unit’s procurement plan.
- Research and draft business cases/submissions for procurement of law enforcement tools of trade and other requirements.
- Coordinate, research and draft policies, standard operating procedures and circulars.
- Coordinate, compile and draft monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Assist to manage the business units Risk Register.
- Coordinate and provide a Secretarial service to the business units management meetings/strategic sessions.
- Render and efficient and effective support service to law enforcement personnel.
Requirements
Minimum Formal Qualification
- Relevant Diploma or equivalent NQF level 5 qualification in Office Administration (Essential).
Minimum Relevant Experience
- Two (2) years’ Office Administration experience.
