Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Advanced certificate in the relevant field
- A valid driver’s licence is essential
- At least 5 years’ experience within an FMCG or Agri Retail environment
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Ensure branch compliance in terms of health and safety
- Management of administrative controls and report processes
- Manage and develop staff
- Manage stock stock-taking process in AFGRI Retail branches
- Manage logistics/allocation of staff to assist branches to minimise employee-related and other business-related risks
- Monitor the effectiveness of business processes
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent administrative knowledge
- Knowledge of financial principles
- Knowledge of OHSA
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
