About the Role:

Join IDM as a Financial Assessor โ€“ the first point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance. Youโ€™ll provide initial financial assessments and guide clients toward debt relief solutions. This role is the first step in a fast-track career path leading to a Financial Consultant position within 6โ€“12 months.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Contact and assess clients whoโ€™ve requested financial help
  • Conduct light financial assessments and guide them through next steps
  • Educate clients on IDMโ€™s debt solutions
  • Transfer qualified leads to Financial Consultants
  • Maintain client interaction via calls and online platforms

What You Need:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or National Diploma (Finance-related fields preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy and MS Office skills
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and organizational skills
  • A growth mindset and drive to advance into the Financial Consultant team
