The new dates for three of Orlando Pirates‘ catch-up games are set to be announced.
The Buccaneers still have two catch-up games on title rivals Mamelodi Sundowns, while sitting 12 points behind them on the log.
However, even Sundowns are not up to date with their fixtures and still have games in hand. Only teams like TS Galaxy, AmaZulu and Marumo Gallants have already played 26 games, while Pirates sit on 21 – the lowest in the league.
However, the PSL has now dated some of their rescheduled fixtures via a communice seen by this publication.
The following postponed Pirates matches have been rescheduled:
- Orlando Pirates vs Golden Arrows – new date: 13 May, 19:30
- SuperSport United vs Orlando Pirates – new date: 20 May, 19:30
- Orlando Pirates vs Magesi – new date: 28 May, 19:30
Pirates currently sit in second place with 46 points from 21 games, while Sundowns are on 58 points in 23 games. Meanwhile third-placed Sekhukhune United have 44 points from 25 games.
