JLL ‘still very bullish’ about hotel development in Africa

Wayne Godwin, CEO of JLL Africa, shares insights on the hospitality property market, saying that while ‘Covid-19 was a watershed period’ for the industry, large ‘global hotel players are very committed’ to expanding on a continent they see as the ‘last frontier’.
