Western Cape Government: Internship Programme 2025/2026
This internship programme is designed to provide practical work experience for unemployed youth in the Western Cape, equipping them with valuable skills through on-the-job training across various departments. Successful candidates will gain workplace exposure in a structured and professional public service environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
To apply, you must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Reside in the Western Cape
- Be between 20 and 35 years old
- Hold a completed qualification:
- Certificate (NQF Level 5)
- Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- Degree (NQF Level 7)
- Postgraduate Qualification (NQF Level 8 or higher)
- Desire to gain practical work experience
