Westfalia Fruit, a leading multinational supplier of fresh fruit and related value-added products, is seeking innovative, motivated, and ambitious graduates for the 2025 Westfalia Fruit Accelerated Graduates Programme (AGP).

With the largest avocado-growing footprint globally, we pride ourselves on being recognized as the #AvoExperts, supplying quality products year-round to retail and wholesale customers across various regions including the UK, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Southern Africa.

Programme Overview

The AGP offers excellent industry exposure, on-site training, and countless learning opportunities, allowing graduates to kickstart their careers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications Requirements

Candidates must possess a BSc, BEng, BEngTech, or BCom in one of the following disciplines or related fields:

  • Food Science / Biotechnology / Food Technology – Tzaneen
  • Environmental Management – Tzaneen
  • Logistics Management – Tzaneen
  • Industrial Engineering – Tzaneen
  • Electrical Engineering – Johannesburg
  • Taxation / Accounting – Johannesburg
  • Human Resources – Johannesburg

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Candidates should have completed their qualifications in one of the disciplines mentioned above.
  • Must not be older than 35 years.
