Position Summary
- Job Title: Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administrator

Core Responsibilities:
- Handling general administrative tasks in the WIL Department.
- Organizing events, meetings, and training sessions related to Work Integrated Learning (WIL).
- Providing ongoing support to schools, students, and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing regional WIL schedules and school visits.
- Building and maintaining relationships with academics, students, and school partners.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high-level digital literacy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience in minute-taking, administration, and student support.
- Collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Degree or diploma in Administration/Education or related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of administrative experience.
