Position Summary

  • Job Title: Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administrator
  • Industry: Education & Training
  • Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handling general administrative tasks in the WIL Department.
  • Organizing events, meetings, and training sessions related to Work Integrated Learning (WIL).
  • Providing ongoing support to schools, students, and external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing regional WIL schedules and school visits.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with academics, students, and school partners.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high-level digital literacy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience in minute-taking, administration, and student support.
  • Collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or diploma in Administration/Education or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of administrative experience.
