Ekurhuleni West TVET College (EWC) is inviting suitable applicants to apply for its Human Resources Trainee Internship at the Tembisa Campus. This 18-month internship is your chance to gain hands-on experience in the public sector and build a foundation for future employment in the HR field.

Stipend: R4,326.00 per month

Who Should Apply?

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• A National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• An N6 Certificate in Human Resources Management
• No prior formal employment in the HR field

Internship Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be involved in:

• Administering recruitment and appointment processes
• Handling staff and learner enquiries
• Managing leave documentation and auditing
• Assisting with HR matters like retirements and staff establishment updates
• Capturing and storing HR-related records and information
