Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (with typing as a subject) or Secretarial Certificate
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
  • Good communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate typing skills and ability to format advanced documents

Duties:

  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the manager
  • Offer clerical support for the office
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and related admin tasks
