Citi’s Learnership Graduate Programme is your opportunity to transition from the classroom to the boardroom. Over 12 months, you’ll gain practical exposure, build essential business skills, and develop a strong professional network across Citi’s various business units.
What to Expect
As a participant in the Markets Learnership Graduate Programme, you will:
- Undergo an in-depth interview process.
- If successful, be placed within the Equities Markets division.
- Receive comprehensive training in market operations, trading, and risk.
- Gain exposure to local and global financial markets.
- Be sponsored to pursue a postgraduate qualification relevant to your role.
Citi’s programme equips you to play a valuable role in shaping the future of banking in South Africa and across the African continent.
You are encouraged to apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate degree (GPA 65% and above) or currently completing a Master’s degree
- Accounting qualification is an added advantage
- Maximum of 1 year of work experience (experience not required)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
